The Alarm Monitoring compliments our alarm system, with our Central Monitoring and Emergency Station in order to provide an efficient and immediate response.
Thousands of properties around the world use this solution, which connects a local alarm system to a Central Monitoring and Emergency Station, keeping a permanent alert for 24 hours, every day. If our system detects a break-in attempt, the Central Monitoring and Emergency Station automatically initiates the appropriate course of action previously arranged with the client, such as: contact the client or those in charge, send security patrols to the place and, if necessary, contact the competent authorities or, in its defect, medical help.

Furthermore, we have a sophisticated communication system through radio and mobile phone communication, allowing the interaction between client and operator and a quick and effective security patrol response.

Web Access: 1. Access the alarm system via the Internet and see its history, visualize the IP camera in real time (if one is available) and allow the client to check their alarm panel configuration and activity (users, zones, schedules, etc.).

Automatic Reports: 3. Elaboration and dispatch of automated reports, specifying the following types of reports: a. Opening and closing b. Emergency c. Non-emergency d. All kinds of signals
